Fuy App - Privacy Policy

1. PRIVACY PROTECTION CORE PRINCIPLE

Protecting user privacy and data security is the top priority of the Fuy App, and the core principle of our privacy protection is 100% local storage of all user data, no mandatory account registration, and no active upload of any personal information or content data. Unlike other applications that require account binding and cloud storage, Fuy abandons the collection and upload of all user data, and all operations and data storage are completed locally on your mobile device, ensuring that your privacy and all personal content are completely controlled by yourself and will never be leaked or used without authorization.

This Privacy Policy details the types of data that the Fuy App may access during use, the purpose and scope of access, the storage method of data, and the protection measures for user privacy. By using the Fuy App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the content of this Policy, and recognize the privacy protection measures and commitment of the Fuy team.

2. DATA ACCESS SCOPE & USAGE PURPOSE

The Fuy App only applies for the minimum necessary system permissions required to realize the core functions, and will never apply for or access any irrelevant permissions of your device, nor will it collect, record or store any personal identification information of users (such as name, phone number, email address, ID number, location information, etc.). All permissions applied by the App are for the sole purpose of providing you with normal and high-quality timeline creation services, and will not be used for any other purpose.

Photo & Album Access Permission: The App will apply for access to your device's photo album only when you need to upload photos to create a timeline. This permission is used to read the photos stored on your device and import them into the App for editing and organizing. All imported photos are only stored locally in the App and will not be uploaded to any cloud server or third-party platform.
Storage Access Permission: The App will apply for storage permission to save the created timeline projects, long images and videos to your device's local storage. This permission is used to ensure that your works can be permanently saved on your device and can be edited and viewed at any time.
No Other Permissions: The Fuy App will never apply for or access sensitive permissions such as your device's location, camera, microphone, contacts, call records, SMS, calendar, etc., and will never collect any data related to your personal identity and social relations.

All data accessed and used by the App is only for the realization of the core functions of the App, and the Fuy team will not collect, analyze, mine or use any of your data for commercial or non-commercial purposes, nor will it share your data with any third party, including advertisers, partners and other platforms.

3. DATA STORAGE & MANAGEMENT RULES

The most important feature of the Fuy App in privacy protection is all user data is stored locally on the device, with zero cloud upload and zero data synchronization. This means that all photos, text descriptions, timestamps, timeline projects, exported long images and videos created and edited by you through the App are only stored in the local storage space of your mobile device, and the Fuy team has no access to and cannot view any of your local data.

All data generated by your use of the App is completely stored on your device, and the Fuy server does not store any user data, so there is no risk of cloud data leakage or theft.
You have the absolute right to manage and dispose of all local data in the App, including viewing, editing, modifying, deleting, sharing and backing up data. The Fuy team will not interfere with your data management rights in any way.
If you uninstall the Fuy App, the local data stored in the App will be retained on your device (unless you actively delete the App data in the device settings), and you can re-install the App to continue to view and edit the previously created projects.
The Fuy team will not perform any automatic backup or synchronization of your local data, and you can choose to back up the data to your device's cloud disk or other storage media according to your own needs to prevent data loss caused by device failure or replacement.

4. DATA SECURITY & PROTECTION MEASURES

The Fuy team has taken a number of technical and management measures to ensure the security of your local data and the normal operation of the App, and to prevent your data from being damaged, lost or tampered with during the use of the App. At the same time, the App has been optimized for data encryption and storage to further improve the security of local data.

The App adopts local data encryption storage technology to encrypt the timeline projects and edited content created by you, ensuring that your data cannot be viewed or modified by other applications on the device without authorization.
The App will not automatically run in the background to read or upload your data, and all data access and operations are initiated and controlled by you manually, ensuring that you have complete control over your data.
The Fuy team will regularly update and optimize the App's security performance, fix potential security vulnerabilities in a timely manner, and ensure that the App's local data storage function is stable and secure.
The App will not pop up any ads or push notifications that contain user data collection links, and will not induce users to click on external links that may lead to data leakage, ensuring a pure and safe use environment.

It should be noted that the security of your local data is also closely related to the use and protection of your mobile device. You shall take good care of your device, set a secure screen lock password, and avoid device loss, theft or unauthorized use by others, so as to further protect the security of your local data.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE & DATA SHARING STATEMENT

The Fuy App adheres to the principle of zero third-party data sharing and zero commercial cooperation data exchange, and will never share, transfer, sell or disclose any of your local data to any third party, including but not limited to advertisers, data service providers, partners, government agencies and other platforms.

The App does not contain any third-party plug-ins, advertising SDKs, data statistics tools or tracking codes that may collect user data, and will not display any third-party ads or links in the App. The entire use process of the App is completely independent and closed, and there is no risk of data being collected or stolen by third parties.

If the Fuy team cooperates with third parties to provide new services or functions in the future, we will make a prominent announcement in the App and obtain your explicit consent before carrying out relevant cooperation, and will strictly restrict the third party's access to user data to ensure that your privacy is not infringed.

6. USER PRIVACY RIGHTS & CONSULTATION CHANNELS

As the sole owner and controller of your local data, you enjoy complete privacy rights related to the use of the Fuy App, including the right to know, the right to control, the right to delete and the right to consult. The Fuy team will fully respect and protect all your privacy rights, and provide you with convenient consultation and feedback channels to solve your privacy and data security related questions and problems in a timely manner.

You have the right to know the types, purposes and scope of the permissions applied by the App at any time, and can turn on or off the corresponding permissions in the device settings according to your own needs.
You have the right to delete all or part of the local data in the App at any time, and the deleted data will be completely cleared from your device and cannot be recovered (please back up important data in advance).
