Fuy is a professional timeline storytelling application designed to help users organize, edit and present precious memories into stunning visual narrative flows. This User Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of the Fuy mobile application (the "App") and all related services provided by the Fuy team (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, opening or using any function of the App, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily agreed to abide by all the content of this Agreement. Fuy does not require users to register an account, bind personal information or complete identity verification to use all core functions of the App, ensuring that every user can enjoy a convenient and free service experience at any time.
The core services of Fuy include but are not limited to: sorting multiple photos in chronological order, adding custom timestamps and text descriptions, inserting progress indicators to create personalized visual timelines, manually adjusting the display order of photos, adding meaningful annotations to enrich moment details, and exporting the created timeline stories into high-quality long images or dynamic videos with a variety of elegant transition effects such as fade, slide, zoom and wipe. The App is applicable to multiple usage scenarios including travel diaries, project documentation, personal growth records, journey tracking, milestone recording and memory preservation, and is committed to helping every user tell their unique stories in a stylish and elegant visual way.
All users of the Fuy App enjoy complete and equal usage rights without account registration, and can freely access all core functions of the App without any hidden restrictions or mandatory paid activation. You have the absolute right to independently decide the content and form of the timeline created through the App, including the selection of photos, the setting of timestamps, the writing of text descriptions, the adjustment of photo order and the choice of export formats and transition effects.
While enjoying the free services of the Fuy App, you shall abide by the basic usage norms and assume corresponding responsibilities for your own use behavior and the content created through the App. You confirm that you are the legal owner or have obtained legal authorization for all photos, texts and other materials used in the App, and that the use of such materials does not infringe the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights and other legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
Fuy is committed to providing users with a stable, smooth and high-quality service experience, and continuously optimizes and updates the App functions and performance according to user needs and technical development. All functional updates and optimizations of the App will be pushed to users in the form of version updates, and you can choose to update the App voluntarily to experience the latest functions and services.
The functional use of the App is subject to the hardware performance and system version of your mobile device. Fuy will try its best to adapt to mainstream mobile operating systems and device models, but it cannot guarantee that all functions can run normally on all devices. If you encounter functional abnormalities or use obstacles due to device compatibility issues, you can contact the Fuy team for technical support and solutions.
The export quality and speed of long images and videos depend on the number of photos, the size of files and the performance of your device. Fuy will optimize the export algorithm to improve the efficiency and quality of works, but it is not responsible for the slow export speed or failure caused by the low performance of your device or insufficient storage space.
The Fuy App, including but not limited to the program code, interface design, logo, icon, text, picture, sound and video materials in the App, are all owned by the Fuy team and protected by international intellectual property laws and regulations. You are only entitled to use the App and its related services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and shall not infringe any intellectual property rights of the Fuy team in any form.
All timeline works created by you through the App, including photos, texts, videos and other content, are owned by you unconditionally. The Fuy team will not claim any ownership or use right of your works, and will not use, modify, spread or commercialize your works without your explicit written authorization.
You may freely share, spread or use the works created through the App for personal non-commercial purposes. If you need to use the works for commercial purposes, you shall independently bear all legal responsibilities and risks arising therefrom, and the Fuy team shall not be involved in any commercial activities related to your works.
The Fuy team reserves the right to update, optimize or adjust the App's functions, service content and usage rules according to the needs of technological development, user feedback and market changes. All updates and adjustments will be announced to users in the form of in-app notifications or version update descriptions, and the updated content will automatically take effect after the App is updated.
If the major changes of the App affect the core rights and interests of users, the Fuy team will make a prominent reminder in the App, and users can choose to continue to use the App or uninstall it according to their own wishes. The continuous use of the updated App will be deemed as your acceptance of the adjusted service terms.
The Fuy team will try its best to ensure the stability and continuity of the service, and will not suspend or terminate the service without prior notice. In case of force majeure, technical failure, policy adjustment or other special circumstances that lead to the suspension or termination of the service, the Fuy team will make a timely announcement and try its best to restore the service as soon as possible.
The Fuy team attaches great importance to user feedback and suggestions, and will continuously improve the App's functions and service quality according to user needs. You can send your usage experience, functional suggestions, bug reports and other feedback to the official contact email of Fuy at any time, and the team will reply and handle your feedback as soon as possible.
